Tiffany is a tumbler with a background in gymnastics She shared a video from one of the meets she competed in as a youth on social media, showing off her incredible skills. "Same s**t, different day✌🏻 (yes I was brunette at one point," she captioned the post. 

Tiffany doesn't waste time with tiny weights – she goes big or goes home and opts for heavier ones. She hits the gym on a regular basis and doesn't mess around with little hand weights. "A Big goal of mine has been to hit a 300 lbs back squat…. and today I did that," she captioned a post from one of her sessions. 

Tiffany also chooses leisure activities that help support her fitness plan. Tennis is one of her go-to sports. "Change of plans, I ain't playing fair," she captioned one of her posts, making a racquet in her tennis outfit.
